This high intensity workout combines kickboxing techniques with functional training exercises using weights & equipment. Not only will you burn a a significant amount of calories, but you will also build full body coordination, muscle & cardiovascular endurance. KickFit classes are designed to give you a varied and fun workout that gets you fighting fit without the sparring.
