Another of the most effective striking arts, the “noble art of self defence” is still the biggest and most popular ring sport in the world. Using fast, powerful punches with head movement and nimble footwork to outwit your opponent the intensity of a boxing class is challenging mentally and physically. We welcome both beginner & advanced students to our classes. We focus equally on teaching proper technique & providing an intense workout.
