From the U.K, Phil started training in Muay Thai in 1996. After spending several years living at Kaewsamrit Gym in Bangkok he achieved a no. 3 ranking at Rajadamnern Stadium in the 154lb division. Phil has been in Hong Kong since 2010.

From Cape Town, South Africa, Quinton came to Hong Kong in 2008 after a few years living in Japan as a professional MMA fighter. A Brazilian Jiu-jitsu black-belt he has almost one hundred fights under his belt over multiple disciplines.
